When will I get my tracking number?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link.
My tracking shows no updates yet
It can take a little while for the first scan to appear after your order ships. If nothing changes after a few business days, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days, including processing and transit. Shipping is free to all 50 US states and Washington, DC.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Import duties and customs fees are covered by us, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.
I need to change my address
Contact us right away with your order number. We will tell you whether a change is still possible.
My order says delivered but I can't find it
Check around your door, with neighbors and in any mail area. If it still isn't there, contact us with your order number and we will help.
