Where your order ships from

To offer our styles at accessible prices, orders are fulfilled by our partners from an international fulfillment facility outside the United States. After your parcel clears US customs, USPS, UPS, or FedEx completes final delivery to your door. Chicora Chic, operated by Sweetheart Sandwich LLC, is based in San Francisco, California.

Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays) begin processing that day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and holidays, begin the next business day. Most orders are packed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email right after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is dispatched.

Delivery times

Estimated total delivery is 7-12 business days from the order date, which includes processing, international transit, customs clearance, and domestic delivery. These are estimates, not guarantees. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes

Shipping is free on all US orders. Import duties and customs fees for your order are handled by us, so you will not be asked to pay anything to the carrier at delivery. Sales tax, where applicable, is shown at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. International tracking may take 24-72 hours to show movement after dispatch, and may update slowly during customs clearance. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately in different packages, each with its own tracking.

Delays

Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and high-volume periods can add time. If your order has not arrived after the full estimated window, please allow 2 additional business days, then check your tracking link. If it still hasn't arrived, email contact@chicorachic.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship it once you confirm a corrected address, and an additional shipping charge may apply.

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, check around your property and with neighbors, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at contact@chicorachic.com so we can open a carrier claim.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email contact@chicorachic.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review promptly and send a replacement or the correct item, or issue a refund.

Cancelling an order

Email contact@chicorachic.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can cancel only if the order has not yet entered processing. Once it has been packed or shipped, you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags attached, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Intimates, swimwear, and other hygiene-sensitive items, once the hygiene seal has been removed
  • Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery

Any item that is final sale will say so clearly on its product page before purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@chicorachic.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
  2. We reply within 1-2 business days with approval and the return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely with its tags and ship it using a tracked service. Please keep your tracking number.

Please do not send items back without approval. Returns sent to the wrong address or without authorization may be delayed or not refunded.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are not refundable, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will cover the return or arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. We recommend a tracked service, since we cannot refund items that are lost in return transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank, then contact us at contact@chicorachic.com.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, contact us and we will help. For the fastest result, return your original item for a refund and place a new order, since stock is not guaranteed. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

Late, missing, or damaged refunds and returns

If your return arrives damaged, we will contact you. If you did not receive a refund or confirmation, email us with your order number and return tracking number.

Disputes
